Creating Moments

A Moment is a finished video that uses a single audio source and automatically switches between your recorded camera angles. You can generate as many Moments from the same event as you want, each with different settings.

To create a Moment, tap "Generate Moment" from your event and configure the following options:

  1. Moment Length

Choose Entire Event to use the full recording, or select Custom to open the timeline player and trim the start and end points. When using Custom, drag the handles on the timeline to set exactly which portion of the event to include in your Moment.

  2. Output Orientation

Select Landscape (1920x1080) or Portrait (1080x1920). The default matches the orientation the Event Manager used when recording.

  3. Segment Length

Controls how long each camera angle plays before switching to the next. Choose from:

    • Short: 1 to 3 seconds
    • Medium: 3 to 5.5 seconds (default)
    • Long: 5 to 10 seconds
    • Random: 2 to 10 seconds

Before generating, the app shows an Output Overview with the Moment duration and estimated token cost. Your current token balance is displayed above. If you don't have enough tokens, you can purchase more directly from the same screen by tapping "Get Tokens."

Once your settings are ready, tap Generate Moment. Meddly will automatically create the finished multi-angle video. You'll receive a notification when it's ready.
